REFERRAL CREDIT TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- There is no limit to amount of referrals or credits you can receive.
- This program cannot be back-dated an takes effect for new referrals only.
- Not valid on lease renewals or roommate transfers.
- Must be a current resident and on the lease at the time of referral’s move-in in order to receive rent credit.
- The referring party must be mentioned at the time of leasing and listed on the application as the referral source.
- Both the referring and the Referee accounts must be in good standing at time of credit being applied.
- Referral credit will only be applied to rent, not security deposit, parking, utilities, or any other fees.
- Rent credit will be applied to the first full month after the execution of lease agreement and move in.
- You agree to abide by the terms of this program and our decisions of approving your referral request or not, which are final.
- We reserve the right to end the Program or change any of the terms at any time, without notice and without obligation to award any referral credits.
